Abstract

La ansiosa insistencia sobre la capacidad de recordar que Alberti reitera en La arboleda perdida va más allá de la inquietud propia de este género y revela que el proyecto autobiográfico es, en este caso, un acto de resistencia ante la destrucción ocasionada por la Guerra Civil, una última línea de combate que se da en la escritura.

The anxious insistence on the ability to remember that Alberti mentions repeatedly in La arboleda perdida goes beyond the usual disquiet frequently found in this genre and reveals that the autobiographical project, in this case, is an act of resistance to the destruction caused by the Spanish Civil War, a last line of combat that takes place in writing.
